proper return authorization (RA#). All return items are subject to a 15%
restocking fee for open merchandise (NO EXCEPTIONS). Exchanges for defective merchandise
will be determined upon, and only after, our inspection. For 90 days we
pay UPS ground return and redelivery charges on warranty repairs only in
the continental 48 states.
